HAIR HEAVEN EMPORIUM

Turning a boutique salon experience into a distinctive brand people could find, feel and book

Hair Heaven Emporium is an award-winning boutique salon built around healthy, glamorous hair and a highly personal client experience.

From our Perth studio, we developed the brand, messaging and hair salon website design around what made the salon special, creating a distinctive identity that extended through its service language, content and customer journey.

01

the challenge

Bringing the salon experience online

Hair Heaven offered much more than a standard salon appointment. Personal attention, detailed consultations and genuine care created an experience clients valued, but the existing website wasn’t communicating that difference.

The challenge was to capture the personality of the salon online, make an extensive range of services easy to understand, and create a clearer journey from local search through to enquiry and booking.

02

the strategy

Positioning the experience, not just the appointment

We positioned Hair Heaven around the complete experience: beautiful, healthy hair delivered with expertise, personal attention and genuine care.

Rather than competing on services and price alone, the brand focused on how clients wanted to feel: listened to, looked after and confident that their hair was in expert hands.

This became the foundation for the identity, messaging, service language, website and customer journey.

03

the brand experience

Creating a little piece of Hair Heaven

We created a feminine, luxurious identity and developed a distinctive verbal and visual language around the idea of Hair Heaven.

The concept extended into the services themselves, with names including Heavenly Haircut, Colour Fit for a Queen, Empress Extensions, Regrowth for Royalty, Serene Styling and Divine Bridal.

Existing salon photography was curated alongside the colour palette, typography and messaging to create an experience that felt consistently Hair Heaven at every touchpoint.

04

the digital experience

Turning services into a complete customer journey

We researched Hair Heaven’s full service offering and created dedicated pages for nine services and packages, translating technical information into clear, engaging copy designed for both clients and local search.

Each page answered the questions clients were likely to have before booking, while carrying Hair Heaven’s distinctive personality through the language and service naming.

We also created a Dream Hair Consultation, a lead-generation concept that gave new clients an easy first step for discussing their hair goals before choosing a service.

05

search + conversion

Helping the right clients find Hair Heaven

The website was designed to do more than present the brand beautifully. Local SEO was built into the structure, service content and ongoing articles, connecting the questions people were searching for with useful, relevant information.

The strategy helped Hair Heaven achieve number-one Google rankings for targeted searches across Gold Coast suburbs and generated a strong flow of new enquiries.

Clear booking pathways, service-specific calls to action and the Dream Hair Consultation then helped turn that visibility into bookings for the salon.

06

extending the world

Giving a new salon its own expression

A few years later, Hair Heaven began exploring a second salon in Mount Lawley, with a very different space and atmosphere.

We explored how the established brand could evolve for the new setting, retaining Hair Heaven’s feminine, restorative character while introducing a softer, more intimate expression built around beauty, balance and personal attention.

The concept used a softer palette, refined typography, conceptual imagery and new messaging to give the proposed location its own personality while keeping it recognisably part of Hair Heaven.

Concept developed for a proposed second Hair Heaven location in Mount Lawley, using conceptual imagery to explore the look and feel of the new space.

07

the outcome

A distinctive brand built around the client experience

Hair Heaven emerged with a clear position, memorable identity and distinctive voice that translated the salon’s real-world experience into a cohesive digital brand.

The website transformed an extensive service offering into a clear customer journey, while dedicated service content, local SEO and the Dream Hair Consultation helped people discover the salon, understand what was right for them and take the next step.

The system was flexible enough to support Hair Heaven across locations and later explore how the brand could take on a different expression for a new salon while remaining recognisably its own.
